Rolling sign up vs. Product launch for chiropractic coaching program?

I am launching a coaching program called PI Marketing Elite that will teach chiropractors to build the personal injury component of their practice.

The course is a six month program, and each month the doctors will have links to 3-4 video modules emailed to them, a written guide (pdf document), and any resources (marketing pieces, etc) available for download. There is also a monthly webinar coaching call where I'll walk them through the material and answer questions.

My question is this: should I do a "product launch" every 6 months and only allow a certain number to sign up, or do a "rolling sign up" where they can sign up at any time and join in?

The program is designed so that one month does not really build on the next, they all stand alone. For example, you could start in month 3, do month 4, month 5, month 6, month 1, and then month 2 and not feel like you're getting everything out of order.

I don't have a huge list of prospects right now, which is why I'm leaning towards to rolling launch. I'm approaching a lot of practice management groups/chiropractic marketing groups for joint venture relationships since I don't have a big national presence yet, and I don't think doing a launch every 6 months would be the best way to capitalize on these ventures.

Thoughts?

Thanks for your help!

P.S. I'm going to start a new thread in the copywriting forum for any critique on my sales copy...

P.P.S. I'm also open to any joint ventures/affiliate ideas (I'm already set up with 1ShoppingCart to have affiliates) if anyone here has any experience marketing to chiropractors/would like to start!

    Hi,

You should do a rolling launch to give more opportunity for people to find it, and get in. I'm not in your niche, so consider my advice with a couple grains of salt.

Thanks for the advice- any other angles that I might be missing from those of you who have sold "coaching" or information marketing products?

It's amazing how many new threads are started every day here....mine was buried on page 3!

Is there anything I can offer in exchange for some insight? Anyone trying to market to physicians and want to know how I'd react to your idea?

I'm trying to answer the question many of you are asking yourselves: "What's in it for me?" by helping me out!

    I've done coaching and consulting.

Currently I'm working on a similar kind of site for veterinarians. Perhaps we should connect? I've also helped get a number of other people started in the field. Let's chat sometime.
