Autoresponder software/program

Hi guys,

I'm looking for autoresponder software/program that doesn't require optin. I.e., I can load in a list, and contact them without their activating. Also, it must be SINGLE and not DOUBLE optin.

Does anyone know of any autoresponder that does this? It can be downloadable, or hosted.

Many thanks in advance :-)

Any autoresponder script should let you do this. You can also
do it on your desktop with a program like MailLoop or,
    I think, ACT.

Just to be clear, you are talking about mailing in a way
that's considered a little on the edge, but since what's spam is
determined by the recipient, if you're mailing is done right
you won't get your IP banned by the big email ISPs.

No "hosted" autoresponder I've heard of will let you do what
you want - though with Veretekk you can upload big lead
lists and send them a verification message to try to get
them on a real opt-in list.

If you want complete mailing freedom, you're taking risks -
but if you're careful you'll get away with it for awhile - maybe
even years. Throttle your mail to under 1000/hr and you
    won't set off warning bells.

    Hi,

I don't think there is one who does actually that. You can't really add people without them knowing it. It's not really ethical. Maybe, I'm wrong.

For my money, Loren put it rather tactfully above when he said "a little on the edge". But there you are: he's a tactful guy.

This isn't something I think many people would advise you to do yourself, if you value your own internet connection. And I doubt very much whether you'd find an autoresponder company with any deliverability worth talking about who would allow it, because if they had a history of allowing people to do that, they wouldn't still have any deliverability worth talking about, would they?

        Thanks, all.

I agree - it's not the most ethical way to market. Just thinking out loud at this point.

Many thanks for the input :-)
