    Maybe I am missing something... but isn't the "migration" tool there in WP? Just go to your admin panel > Tools > Import > Blogger:
    Import posts, comments, and users from a Blogger blog.

    Click!

    WP has it built in so its pretty simple. Although not complete in the sense that it will restore to a WP site your Blogger settings, themes, sidebar info etc., so some of a blogs functionality will need to be recreated.
