How can I set up as a PLR niche Seller?

Hello everyone Im a newbie.
I am wondering if you can give me any advice on what I need to do to set up selling PLR products from scratch. From what I can see it seems to be how some people are making some money.

    Are you going to outsource the PLR production and then sell the result?
