LOL, I like how the first comment in there is affiliate spam about working from home.

Yeah, neat implementation, I'm sure it has been done before, and am not crazy about the patent idea.

But the NAME is cute! OOPS, TRAFFIC PROBLEMS! Where are the CONSPIRACY theorists about her trying to build EXPECTATION!(said tounge in cheek!)!

    Some people are so negative.

Here a girl comes up with an idea and makes millions and in the comments section someone is complaining about her website.

Go away complainers. If you don't like something move along.

You could NOT be talking about MY post! I said her website is saying it is getting too much traffic. HEY, that is a COMPLIMENT in a way! I was using it to poke fun at those that might claim it is a sales gimic!

    wow,

first a great story and example of what people can do if they take action. The ratios are incredible too - 35 employees doing 30 million - that's like almost 900K/employee.

I like Gage's quote too - about finding a want (not a need) and filling that.

No pressure (yet) Caleb but that's a pretty high bar. Plan to update this thread when you turn 25 and let us know how things went heheheh....

I hope to be around then - but will probably be eating mush from a wheelchair sigh.

Steven, I clicked on this thread fully expecting to see a story about some kid that came up with another Facebook game or MySpace background or some other digital pet rock that paid off.

I don't like those stories because they make a lot of people sit around doing dumb things waiting for the lightning to strike.

I'm glad I did check it out, because it's a great story about an elegant solution to something half of the population wants - more shoes without having to buy more shoes. A simple, tangible product that fills a want, taken through the proper steps.

I didn't even read the comments on the article, because I figured I get pretty much the dreck some others here have mentioned.
