Countdown Timer Code Help

INTERNET MARKETING

Hey boys and girls

I want a countdown timer to go at the top on one of my websites.
I've been struggling with the code for about 2 hours now!
All the variables and so on, some dont display at all, tried alot from seaching Google.

Does anyone have code for a nice timer I can add, which will countdown to a date in a few days time, 10th Nov 08 to be precise ?

That one is just to display a clock / time, I am after a countdown timer.
