What Kind Of PLR Would You Buy

I am looking at relaunching an old Private Label Domain that I have owned for a number of years and am thinking of doing a small web store from which people can buy small batches of articles, ebooks and so on cheaply.
Not going to put the domain up in here as I do not want my post deleting.
At this point I am looking at a variety of topics including IM, Health, Diet, Seasonal, Business and some really niche articles.
Quite simply I wondered what types of material and topics should I cover and would appreciate your feedback?
For example is there any stuff that you struggle to find?
