Hi

I'm wondering that am I required to disclose the fact that I get commission from the affiliate links in my hubpages? Is it illegal if I don't disclose it?

As far as I'm concerened, no you are not. Not in hubpages, but even if you were, the most someone could sue you for is the cost of the product you promoted... so I wouldn't worry too much. If someone were to sue as well, they'd be more likely to sue the company you who's affiliate link you promoted.

Yep, but CJ is WRONG!!!!! If the FTC finds you made such a mistake, they DON'T sue for the person, the sue the BUSINESS! They will NEVER come after you for $40, or even $400.

When is the last time the FTC EVER sued a business for one person? THAT I would like to see.

AND, if they DID sue the company you were an affiliate of, that company could conceivably sue you also. If you issue a KNOWN false review to sell a book at amazon, THEY didn't break the law. The SALE wasn't illegal. YOUR SITE WAS!

I rarely write review articles of Amazon products. I usually write articles which are relative to the niche of the Clickbank products I promote. For example. If I promote a dog training ebook in Clickbank, I write some articles such as "dog training tips" and refer the ebook in my article without disclosing the fact that I will get commission. Will I get problem?

If you are an affiliate you must disclose the fact that following your links may earn you a commission. The FTC rules were pretty clear on that.

I think that no one will buy the product if I disclose the fact that following the link may earn me a commission. So it will be impossible for me to still be an affiliate because I will not get commission from my article anymore.
