Flippa Transfer Question

Warriors,

I've sold several domains over the years, but have never sold an actual website. I've been wanting to sell a couple websites on Flippa but I want to know how to transfer the files over to the other person.

Anybody have any videos on how to do this? I think I understand how to do this, but I don't want the buyer to have any problems when I make the transaction.

Any help would be appreciated...

The best way would be to zip them all up and email them, or let the new owner download them, as well as the database.

You should work with the new owner to make sure everything gets set up correctly, or possibly do it for them.

A good instant message session will usually take care of things.

yes I agree with, but before that you should change your password and email data first (if you use your personal data for this).

    domainingdiva.com/transfer.pdf outlines the process.

I normally transfer and set up the site myself. Too few buyers really know how to do it and to avoid a million emails with questions, I'd rather take the 20 minutes to do it myself, plus the buyers appreciate the customer service.
