My sites got Sandboxed - Any suggestions?

Been working on one of my sites for about 1.5 months and like 3 weeks ago it got dessapeard for the keyword that I'm going after and still to this day not showing for it, people say I've got sandboxed any suggestions?

I mean my site is still showing when I type my url but not ranking for the keyword it was before and I have reached top 15 on google.com. Its not google dance I'm sure because it has been gone for long and not showing for the keyword I was ranking before at all. Any suggestions? Thank you!

First of all, there is no "sandbox" so stop using that term.

Without knowing more, it's hard to say what happened. Most often, when something like this happens it's caused by links being devalued or removed.

For example, let's say you had a link from a news site and they put the article behind a subscription 'wall', thus hiding your high PR authority link from Google. This could cause your site to drop dramatically because the algorithm noticed that you lost an important link. Or, another example, you got some good forum/blog links from an authority .edu site or the like and later these sites got overrun by pharma/porn spammers, resulting in all outgoing links from that site being devalued or maybe the links being removed by the site admin.

You'll need to figure out what changed in your link profile.

Did you build large amounts of backlinks to it very fast?
