Quick question for any of your site flippers, do you know if Awebber allows you to transfer lists to other people when you sell a site and if so do you know how much a warm list of 500 would add to a site price?

    i dont actually know how much that would cost but this is what i would do.

    Raise the price of the website you are selling and then say your adding the list in as a bonus.

    Because then people will think there getting a great deal instead of you saying 200 for the website 200 for the list

    Just an idea though

    Okay so I exported the data to transfer, any other thoughts on how much a list of 500 would be worth to the auction? I was told around .50 cents a sub, so $250 extra sound right?

    Yes, you can email aweber support and request a list transfer.

    If your planning to sell a list, take these factors into consideration:
    - the niche
    - how fresh the leads are
    - have you tested the list?
    - are they qualified buyers

    Simply saying each lead is .50c is a bad assumption...I've sold small lists for hundreds of dollars simply because the leads were hot.

    A more practical way is to calculate the value per subscriber: sales amount from the list divided by number of subscribers. By having this, you can roughly charge a multiple of this number.
