Whats your guy's thoughts on this

Hello warriors

I am thinking of making a post on one of my sales sites blogs. In this post I will be basically stating that with every sale made from saturday to the next sunday we will be making a donation to a certain charity. I would be getting on average of 40 per sale and figured I could put this donation price at say 5 and still come out way ahead.

Do you think this is a good tactic to generating sales or should I just not mention it to my readers and go on as normal.

    Donating to charity says alot about your character. That being said.....LET THE WORLD KNOW!!!! It definitely won't hurt your sales so you've got nothing to lose.

    I doubt it would hurt sales and it might even get you
    a little warm fuzzy feeling from those who read the ad...

    BUT...

    I also doubt it will increase sales by any measurable amount.

    People either want and need your product or they don't. I can't
    imagine anyone spending "X" amount of money for something they
    don't want or need just so some small amount will be donated to
    the charity. If they cared enough about the charity they'd just
    donate the 5 themselves.
