Need Physical Book Manufacturer

What is the best book production company?

However, the thing is, I'm just trying to get one of my short e-report (not ebook) produced in physical from (100 reports needed). The e-report is very short, 22 pages, so I won't need that much work, and should be cheaper.

I plan on giving these out for free.

Can somebody recommend me a great resource for this, that is decent and cost-efficient?

Do you want a traditional book printing thing where they print you 100 copies and you keep them in the garage... or you were thinking about a POD (print on demand) kind of setup where they print the report only when the order comes is.

(FYI: in the traditional book printing the less copies you order the higher the price per copy is!)

Search for fulfillment house and similar keywords for the print on demand.

Actually, I want to the 100 copies now now available, NOT print when the order comes in.

There are a lot of options online these days. Lulu.com handles a lot of the specifics and you might start there.

You can print and comb bind your reports for about a buck
apiece. I have a binding machine. The binding is a bit
    cheesy but it works.

For higher quality bindings look at binding machines on Ebay -
there are some cool formats available.

Since the reports are short, and you want only 100 copies, you could take this to a FedEx Kinko's (a.k.a., FedEx Office). They have a few different options for binding.

Good suggestion. Office Max, Office Depot, and probably Staples offer the same services, and service would be relatively quick.

For a free report, a comb binding should be just fine.

Thanks for all the great suggestion.

Since the report is only 22 pages, I just thinking getting them print with the nice fancy cover and being stapled on the center.

So Kinkos, OfficeMax, and Staples are my best bet?
