How much money does package domains cost?

I have like 7 domain names.

I want to buy 7 domains for these.

Where can I get this for cheap?

Does anyone know?

What's the difference between hosting domain name and buying a domain?

I thought they were the same thing.

Well there's the domain name, eg www.mydomain.com
Then if you are going to build a website or blog you need a hosting account, and you connect the domain name to your hosting account.

You can host multiple domains/sites with one hosting account if you order a hosting account that allows addon domains. So you can host all domains on one account for one fee ($40-$80 per year).

Here's an a list of 3 domain names:

www.catsareawesome.info www.dogsarecool.info www.elephantsarebig.info

I want to actually make a website for each of these. Do I have to buy three different hosting accounts or just one hosting account?

You can use one hosting account if the hosting package allows you to use ADDON domain. but it will also depend on how many ADDON domain is allowed.

For examples, hostgator.com, you can see they allow UNLIMITED addon domain for Baby Package http://www.hostgator.com/shared.shtml

Arghhh I wasted money starting IM by buying a different hosting accounts for each different domain
name.

Some registrars like Godaddy have coupon codes for bulk purchases.

Keep your hosting and domain registrar companies separate.
