You can only send broadcast messages to fans of pages that you are the Admin for. If you are just a fan (i.e. you clicked the "Like" button) then there is no way for you to send a message to all other fans of the page.

yeah , and being the admin of a very popular page or creating a new page that will be popular is very hard.

I agree with you but from my personal experience, it bought 4000 Facebook fans from www socialkik com and they added them to my page in a little over 1 month. All the fans appeared to be real and some of them turned out to be great customers. You should use www socialkik com to buy Facebook fans... we purchased 10,000 Facebook fans and we're quite satisfied with the results. It's completely legal because the fans are real and they don't join your page until they check it and find it interestings. Socialkik com keeps sending suggestions to become a fan until the order is fulfilled.

this sounds like a blatant promotion especially when you only have one post to your name

I'm inclined to agree, I recently placed an order with them (socialkik) for 1000 fans just before this thread was started funnily enough (about 2 weeks ago) because they got a good review from Jonathan Volk

I have not even received 1 visitor yet so two days ago, sent them an email and what a surprise, no reply!

That lead to a search on WF and here I am with my sad tale. I'll keep folks updated if things change

Im going to give @jitu50 the benefit of the doubt and say maybe he was saying he saw results of 4,000 in one month, but in total his purchase was a total of 10,000

Maybe this was a bit of a confusion, or maybe you assumed correct but this is a possible conclusion to that misunderstanding

You should create your own fan page from scratch. If you build it up to thousands of fans, you could make nice earnings from it if you monotize it correctly.

That www socialkik com concept is an interesting proposal. My web site doesn't have a facebook presence. So, I would have to set up a fan page for my site before I could use this service. I noticed that this service began in 2009... so it is relatively new on the scene. How effective has this site really been in driving fan traffic? Can anyone offer further info?

Here are some of the methods that we are using in generating traffic and marketing using Facebook:
1. Add people/send friend request using the "Are You Interested" application
2. Creating of the website's own Group and then invite your contacts to (join) the group

The only way you can do this is create your own facebook group and get new fans joining up which enable you to get full control. This means you need to start from scratch
