benefits of 'most viewed section' Ezine

I know it's good to get some articles into this section for your niche. I know also that people make very hard attempts to try and reach this section by many different means.

What really is the main benefit after one of your articles has appeared in this most viewed section??

Many thanks as I really want to understand what is behind all of this.

    1. You get more Views yourself from people clicking your link after reading a related article.

    2. More site-wide backlinks from a PR6 authority site.

      Thanks John,

Great help, wow....I personally can't see that customers would scroll down to below the bio box to read and click on these links, but I guess they do as I know there are major benefits of being placed in the most viewed section.

When you mention more 'site-wide backlinks', so in a nutshell your article could possibly receive hundreds or even thousands of backlinks from other ezine articles within your section? I am figuring this could be the reason why certain articles tend to stick at the top of google, some for a very long time as they have the advantage of many more backlinksto their article?

I hope I am understanding this right?

      Cheers once again.

Getting into that section is HUGE. It could mean the different between getting 50 views or 10,000 views.

You get way more views if you're in that list, seems like you appear in the actual eza search higher, and you probably also get a better spot in the serps too.

    edit:

cuz im bored, here is an example (or motivation)

As you can see I have some dud articles but the ones that do good...do good

You need to have a lot of views within I think 90 days from your submission.

I normally achieve it through social media... things like youtube and facebook. Basically made them so semi-viral.
