Where do you get your legal forms from?

Hi Warriors,

Have been thinking about website legal forms and disclaimers lately.

Where do you all get yours from?

Do you have a lawyer and have them drafted uniquely for you? Sounds expensive.

Are there any cheaper resources or options which can be legally used and offer good protection.

I gather the following is required:

Terms Of Service Contract (TOS )
Privacy Policy
Earnings Disclaimer
Disclaimer & Legal Rights

and if you are in the health/weight loss niche I guess you probably need a 'Health Disclaimer' as well.

So, where do you all personally get these form or how do you create them?
