I Need A Sales Page Wordpress Template

Hello and thank you for your time everyone. I am getting ready to start a brand new site again. However I figured with this one instead of using straight html for the sales page as I have done plenty before. I figured I would build my sales page with wordpress for the sales page. I will also be running a blog on another section which is to help saturate the killer niche I have just discovered.

I will be able to obtain a keyword rich domain for 2 different keywords. Both of these keywords combined get over 2k exact searches a day according to ms. One keyword however is for those just looking for a bit more information. Which is going to be just fine because I will be adding a optin to a e course on the sales page. Which I know many of you who find my product in click bank are going to be looking to promote for that reason alone. However it is my way to bring in those subscribers to read my blog later on.

Any how I have already built a basic html sales page minus a few things. However I would like to use wordpress for this entire site so that it is far easier to sydicate everything. Since I know the blog will need to have its own folder and its own wordpress installed. I was hoping I could get a template for both of these where I could add in my own header and footer.

Any sugestions???????????????????????
