Something weird about this website

I go to Google and enter this " site:imperiapastamachinereviews.com/"
And the result come , on Google SE page it appear that this website have other language than English, but when I click the search result that appear foreign language, the webpage of than website show English language. When I click Google cache, it appear foreign language .
And other question, it is benefit if we put translator, ? how to get this translator

    I don't quite understand what you are asking.

    Is this your site?

    If it is your site then, although the content is in English, the site might be using an seo plug-in which has Ukrainian text in.

    Did you buy the site from someone in Eastern Europe?

    If none of these apply - maybe the site has been hacked

      When I ran the "site:" search just now, the English version came up first. As I kept going through the results, I got several different languages.

      So my guess is that the spider followed the links in the translator table in the right column, found what appeared to be different text, and indexed it.

      When you ran the "site:imperiapastamachinereviews.com/" search, it pulled up the various translated pages.

      Edit: A quick peek at the source code shows English as the default language.
