Selling my website, need warriors help

Hi fellow warriors,

I really need your help and expertise, I've been studying internet marketing for the better part of 6 years now and this year I finally made money online, definetly not alot but at least its something.

I would like to start my own internet marketing business for local business because there seems to be alot of money to be made there. I was turned down for a small business loan and I have no start up capital so I decided to sell my niche sites and email list that I have built. My email list has 2800+ subscribers, and my sites get about 55,000 views per month and I have one clickbank product that has generated about $10,000 since launching it about a year or so ago. I reinvested almost all of that money back into the business to build the email list and in the sites. I was offered $6,000 for the sites and email list. I think its worth more but do you think its a good deal?

    When you have invested 10 K and you are getting only 6 K it's not a good deal.
    Try finding some more buyers through forums like warriorforum or flippa.

    Sometimes it's not just a matter if its a good deal or not. If you are confident you can take a loss on your investment, but take the money you get and turn that new cashflow into a winner where you come out ahead in the long run, I think that is more important.

    The niche is small and not mainstream thats why I didnt think flippa would be good, what do you think? the niche is pigeon racing and racing pigeons

      The person probably only offered $6,000 because he did not believe your figures.

      From where I am, you are on the top of second page for the term 'racing pigeon' and according to Google keyword tool, the term gets 74,000 searches a month. But the keyword tool is inaccurate, the numbers are more like 10% of what it projects. But then again there are 182 articles on the site targetting a whole range of other keywords.

      At Flippa there is always interest if something makes money regarless of how small the niche is, it is definately worth listing it there.
