Help - Looking for WP plugin Popup

INTERNET MARKETING

A while back there was mention of this Wordpress Plugin for popup and I can not find it anywhere.
Basically this wordpress plugin had this cool feature where it pops a little circle star banner on the page.
It also did exit popup etc... But what I wanted was the cool little Star banner on the wordpress page.
Anyone know this?

  Thanks, but I am still looking where I found it and now I can not. It was a plugin that put a Star banner right on the wordpress, but it also did popups etc...

Wow, so I went through ALL my history/logs and I can not find where this site which has this product I want.
I know I did a Google Search for something related to wordpress opt-in or popup and WarriorForum was indexed and some post in WarriorForum someone recommended a plugin which has this particular feature I wanted.
It did all kinds of stuff like Opt-in Popup exit, BUT it also added this litle Star Banner on any page where you can put something like Special Price etc... This little banner showed on the page you selected.
