Can anyone confirm what the price of a classified ad is?

I know the WSO price went up, but I keep reading conflicting reports about the price of a classified ad. Allen said it would remain at $20 but people seem to be reporting that it's at $40.

Anyone have confirmation on this?

Thanks!

    Apparently its $40
I submitted a WSO and it was deemed to be not an original product (although its a membership site - pretty original I think - go figure) so it was put in the classified section

Complete Sites for Sale in the Warriors Products and Services has remained at $40 also.

It does look like its 40, at least for I'm being charged now.

    Thanks.

So has anyone heard from the mods about whether the $40 price was a mistake and that they're going to change it back to $20 like Allen said, or is it staying at $40?

I'd just love to know before I pay for an ad!

      OOPS, misread your post.

I don't know if they will turn the classified ad price back to $20 or not.

Allen did this to increase the quality of the offers in the WSO section by a little bit.

      Here's what he posted:

I agree Kevin. Interesting thread at an interesting time. I've just been thinking about this exact topic. The threshold is about to get a little stiffer.

I have a few things to try, price being one and the easiest to change. If that doesn't work I've got a couple more ideas that will require some programming and some manpower.

Right now the price to run a WSO is so low people don't even have to make an honest effort to provide something worthwhile. Great offers are getting lost in a jumble of offers that, for lack of a better word, suck.
