Google Keyword Tool is cr**p!

I think we all thought we trusted the Google Keyword tool. But I and a colleague have got RADICALLY different results using the same tool. I mean, different by a factor of 10 on the results. Take a look at the two screenshots of results for the keyword Rheumatoid Arthritis Diagnosis for broad, phrase and exact match. One screenshot was taken in the UK, the other in Mexico.
For example, Broad Match Global Monthly searches 27,100 in one search, just 2,900 in the other.
So, massive massive differences. Can anyone shed any light here? Here are the screenshots:
