What happened to Grizz ??

INTERNET MARKETING

Grizze's http://makemoneyforbeginners.blogspot.com/ blog is Dead. So what happened to this man and his ugly blogger Blog that was pulling down over 60K a year with just Adsense alone ??

Was it the Google May Day Update that was his demise ??

Personally, I loved Griz but I thought he talked way tooooooooooo much on how to game Google and Adsense. It was sooner or later going to bite him in the butt.

And apparently it did. But Long live the days of this Moneymaking Adsense Model he had going for about 3 years. It was a great run while it lasted thats for sure. But it looks like the days of throwing up ugly Blogger Blogs and putting Adsense on it and sitting back and watching the money roll in are history now.

What are you guys thoughts on Grizz and the demise of his ugly Blogger Blog ??

He is still in the game, just not publicly.

But, I do know that him and a few other names got hit hard around May and backed off talking.

Can't blame them. Prestige vs income.

Yes, I agree. Please go build a single site based on your passion, like underwater basket weaving, and build social infotainment traffic to it from Facebook and Twitter. Forget all this SEO nonsense and build a social following. That's where the money really is these days. Trust me.

I agree with you but only to a certain extent. Contrary to what you say , I think SEO will always be of use and that Organic traffic is still the best kind of traffic. Social traffic has some use but the conversions are still not like Organic traffic and it never will be. I think the way to go is with Authority Sites and useful content along with building a brand and doing productive SEO and this will always win out in the long run.

  Discrat... nothing happened to me, still doing my thing but quietly these days. G wasn't the problem - too many arseholes constantly sabotaging my site was. The problem with dominating the MMO niche is you become a target for all the ****heads. You'd think I was charging for the info...
  
  In any event I am still going strong, the MMO blog wasn't one of my top sites - it still makes about a third of its peak but I have completely revamped my network and things are quite good. Btw... Please everyone do as Frank (BGMacaw) says... really... please...
