Download/Thankyou page - controversy

I am asking comment from you at something that to me looks pure absurd.
What I am talking about - A big guru in his/her sales page gives me a example that if I buy his/her product, software my clickbank account will look like this - $10K up to $200k a month, and when you get to download page he/she is offering You, as a bonus, to subscribe to paid surveys if I wont to make maybe $1.000 a month.
And believe it or not, you will find this at the best clickbank products, because I had chance to view some of this thank you pages.
