Twitter / Facebook automation

Hey all,

I'm sure you guys know that Twitter, Facebook and certain other sites had recently been cracking down on the use of automation software, especially in the area of automatic friend adding and following / unfollowing.

But I do know that applications and services capable of this still exist. Does anyone know what the best are?

    For Twitter, there are several good options out there. You just have to know the limitations of Twitter. This will allow you to adjust the settings so that you do not get banned.

    Here are the rules of Twitter in regards to Spamming:

    1) You are allowed to follow 500 new followers a day.
    2) Everyone is allowed to follow a maximum 2000 people. This limit can be overcome by generating more than 2000 followers.
    3) Twitter restricts your account from following more than 10% of your followers count.
