    I think people sometimes forget that there are real people on the end of those social accounts! People don't want to be spammed

    Talk about giving IM a bad name---this guy takes the cake! If you truly care about your network friends and possible customers you treat them with courtesy and respect. Relationships are grown on that premise. In a brick and mortar business you are meeting face to face in most cases, sadly, some IM's lose their "people skills" selling online.
