Default What CHAIR do you sit on my fellow IM? My back needs help...

As internet marketers, we constantly sit in the chair in front of the computer.

My back is killing me in my existing chair. It's an office chair with high back but for whatever reason, it sucks. I am finally going to fork over some cash and buy a good chair that will support my back.

Does anyone have a good recommendation for a chair? I know this is kind of a weird question but I figured that if anyone would know, its you, the guy/girl who sits in front of the computer for hours.

Thanks,

Peter

Make sure it's solid and doesn't let you band backward too far. Other than that what I have is what you describe- "executive chair".

I remember John Reese recommending the Herman Miller
Aeron chair - just shy of $1,000 though.

You can pick one up on eBay for slightly cheaper.

I guess it depends upon how much your back kills and
how much you're prepared to shell out to fix it.

Best wishes,

Shaun

I used to have back problems from bad chairs (and I'm only 28!), but I got one at staples that has an S curve to it - not a slight curve but a significant one. No back trouble ever since!

I have a similar chair that I picked up from Staples as well. I used to suffer from back problems as well do to the chair I was using but not any longer. The chair is great.

Do you know what particular chair you got?

Thanks. I really appreciate it.

This chair is incredible by the way. It was given to me as an X mas gift, all I can say is wow! Very expensive though as you can see.
