INTERNET MARKETING

Anyone know what the plugin is for Wordpress to add a BAR at the bottom of a wordpress site, usually for some AD email signup?
I have seen some sites with this long BAR at the bottom of every page.

You can edit the post or page template and pop the code in there. This way, if it's on the template it will show on every page/post - what ever you choose.

I have seen some very nice popup ads on the bottom of every page

  If you are looking for a specific plugin, your best bet is to go to the page you like the pop up on and look at the source code.
  
  There are tons of different plugins for pop ups.
  
  Are you looking for something to pop an autoresponder into or just one ad or some rotating ads?

  And here is one I've looked at and I think others like (I almost got this one):

  Pop up domination is another one you might like to consider. It is a paid plugin but as well as the footer ad also allows you to have a customizable lightbox plugin
