Need Info on Auto Renewals With CC or Paypal
We are thinking of going with auto renewals for our web site content subscriptions. Does anyone have experience or advice on the following?
Overall experience? Was retention much higher? How much? etc.
Costs? Did the merchant account cc company charge reasonable fees?
A colleague said he found it cheaper and easier with PayPal. Anyone else with this experience?
Set up and maintenance? Any help that would smooth this process and make it as hands off as possible would be great. For instance, handling expired expiration dates, chargebacks, declines, etc.
