Are These The Only 3 Ways To Make Real Money Online?

I am trying to make a list of ready-to-go methods that make money online. I sorted through a lot of hype, and here is what consistently comes out.
If I am missing something, please reply with your input.
these are ranked by the effort/money/skills required - standing on the ground floor and looking up.
primarily;
as an advertiser, pushing cheap 3rd tier volume traffic to CPA (cost per acquisition, fill-in a form) offers
- requires some capital (buying adspace and creating social media content)
- difficult to predict cashflow (sponsor doesn't pay, traffic method fails etc., offer doesn't convert)
- fastest path to cash
as an affiliate pushing products to a mailing list and expand via joint ventures
- ideal if own product, but takes skills and time to produce
- copy intensive, requires some market knowledge
- greatest ROI
secondary avenues;
as a publisher producing content, monetized via ads and offers
- requires deep knowledge of a subject or a lot of spun content
- requires extensive preparation
- most profitable over time
