Me and a friend got into the foreclosure market for a few years then built a commercial service business that was wiped out after 9-11.

We determined that building a steady flow of income monthly was better than waiting on a closing, painting, cleaning, building, researching, going to auctions, fighting law suits, etc.

Choson You might want to advertise your blog off line as well as online to try to give it some life.

I forget the stat but if you read 4 books on a subject then you know more than 95 to 99% of the people out there searching for you.

That's if you had no experience and went to the library to learn about dolphin mating habits (or whatever niche you want).

The fact that you made that money offline in real estate in this "rough" environment is like finding the holy grail.

I suggest you research what some of the competitors are doing online in this market and then create your own info product -- and I'd go high end on it.

I have no idea what that stuff sells for but I'm assuming you could get at least $997 for the package with a $297/month hold you by the hand coaching club.

Come up with some proof of your success and you can write your own ticket.

If you're confident in your abilities to keep cranking things out offline, create a "Watch Me LIVE As I Make 10 Billion Dollars in 3 Months..."

Write a press release and all that fun stuff and you'll have a 7 figure business in no time if you pull it off.

Do a training course for making the money in real estate. There is a lot of opportunity right now with all of the foreclosures and I am sure you get a lot of interest in it.

One of the key aspects you will need to hold when making money online is persistence, and a concept that will set you out from the rest of the competition.

I wish I could be more help with the actual name of it but I think Dan Kennedy goes over some examples of stuff similar in his coaching/consultant course that he sells (pops up from time to time on ebay).

Don't hold that to me though.

Key Point Here: DO NOT REINVENT THE WHEEL.

Find somebody's funnel who's successful in this niche online already and model them. Then just leverage your current success and the balls (er... confidence) to prove it live while everybody watches.

I think a video is a great place to generate interest initially with a reverse squeeze page, i.e. let them watch the video for free. Then tell them if they want to watch the next video, tell a few friends (viral inviter or whatever facebook uses)...

...And then announce that you'll prove it live every step of the way starting on a certain date in the near future (that you can only get access to if they sign up on your list).

Prove you can do it... easily but don't show them how.

Get a huge list and then take it to the paid level coaching.
