Auto Deploy Wordpress Sites?

INTERNET MARKETING

We're building a network of blog sites, and had seen a program out there that would automatically launch blogs for you if you were using either cPanel or Fantastico on your web host (I don't recall which).

I'm not talking about auto-blogging content. I'm talking about a program that would go in and configure the blog, set the domain name, set the plugins and themes, etc., and do it for multiple blog sites at once.

If anyone can point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it!

I'm looking for a desktop based app or even a PHP app that I can install on Server 1, that will then let me deploy blogs on Servers #2 and #3 at HostGator, Servers #4 and #5 at BlueHost, etc....

I'm current searching the forums for the same. No, WP3.0 doesn't do this. I've got a WP multisite and was disappointed to find that you have to configure every single site individually. Of course, this makes sense for the items that pertain to SEO (keywords, meta tags, etc). However, for the stuff that remains the same from one blog to another (size of the editor window, ping list, comment settings, etc) having to manually set them every time is really time consuming....

Unless you use a plugin that will "export" all your settings into every blog that you create with WP 3.0.

It's possible through API and extensive PHP programming. My network is set up to do this, I can add 1 or 10k domains and have WP installed and configured by running the scripting.

I'll be happy to license it to you for 30K. = )
