New guy here, launching my first project, need advice :)

I'd like to say hello to everyone in the Warrior Forum. I just signed up yesterday, or maybe the day before... sorry I have a bad memory .

Anyway, after maybe years of learning about the internet marketing business I finally decided to get started on my first project. I'd post a link to the outline but unfortunately it's not letting me.

What I did was collect information and PLR products that I have full access to do anything with. One of these products is an ebook called "Traffic Overdrive", name speaks for itself. I'm planning to sell this product in a bundle with other related ebooks that will help the customer drive more traffic into their website.

A webmaster is currently working on the website. It's (traffic-overdrive[dot]com). For some reason I'm not 100% satisfied with the design though... but it's not finished yet so hopefully after adding the content it will look great.

I know list building is very important so I'm adding Aweber web forms in the website. Also I'll be using Click Bank to sell the main product.

I'm a little nervous about this and have a feeling it won't work out. Hopefully I can get some good help .

I can always send a copy of Traffic Overdrive and the outline of the project through email to anyone in this forum to review it, that would really be appreciated.

(To be honest I don't expect to make thousands of dollars overnight.)

Thank you for taking your time to read this; I'll appreciate any help .

It sounds to me like you need to read up on some positive thinking. You seem to be condemming yourself to failure before you even give it a try.

Have you made the product significantly different from the original PLR product?

If you haven't you will find it hard to sell as your own.

The website looks OK to me (or it will when you have added great content...)but I'm not sure about making claims that your product can "double your income overnight".

I'm glad that you don't have unrealistic expectations regarding making money. Some products will bring in the cash very quickly whilst others take months to bring in any cash or it could even bomb altogether.

If this project doesn't reach your expectations - then move on to the next. Just don't give up if you are serious about making a living at Internet Marketing.

I wish you luck in your new venture.

Thank you for replying. Yes I did add some content here and there and edited the book cover. I guess it would be a good idea to remove the claim.

I just love this phrase. Yes my friend your writing was not really hopeful, but remember everyone fails, and if you don't fail you won't really learn what do you want.

One that I will recommend, always choose something you love and have passion for. Otherwise, the business can not be good, especially in those bad moments.

You're definitely on the right track. Just remember though that if your product doesn't sell as well as you hoped, just keep working on it. Create another product and another, and another. People don't usually strike it rich on their very first product, but what they do learn is what worked and what didn't.

Looking forward to seeing your progress!

I would make damn sure to add additional information to your product. Don't take the easy way out and only use the PLR material unless its TOP NOTCH. Better content = better value = less refunds.

Very true, I did make sure to read, review, and edit the ebooks before deciding to put them in the market.

Off topic question: How do I "Thank" a person in the forum?

There should be a "thanks" button on the bottom right of the post.
