How do I sign up for Ask.com Advertising?

INTERNET MARKETING

This is probably a stupid question, but I have no idea how to sign up. I go to the webpage and then click started and it just refreshes the page. Any ideas?

I have used both Firefox and IE. No success.

  I have also tried with no success...Seems the website itself is having problems. Clicking the link takes you to a new page, but it is the same page :S
