I just went to youtube and marked the video-thumbnails itself, copied them to clipboard and pasted them into the editor here. Its a little tricky.

It's a plugin for vbulletin.

go to vbulletin.org and search for youtube plugin

VBulletin is the best forum software out. Nearly every plugin has been created for it. Just take a look through their site.

The editor itself (which is probably tinymce) supports media, you dont need a plugin.

i run a vbulletin forum..you can use the plugin "anymedia" for the youtube video(it will automatically embed the videos from most video sites when you just type out the url in the post.

there is also an auto thanks plugin for vbulletin,you can find it in the vb forum under mods..
