Is there a resource for finding the best ezines?

I know about the directory of ezines but at $200 seems kinda pricey

There's another one I discovered a while back - but the
site was broken and the guy running it never answered
the email I sent him. I guess it was either never finished
or never profitable and he moved on.

No one can tell you what are the best ezines and that's why you will never find a resource for finding the best ezines.

The directories of ezines (including that directory you were talking about) are places were publishers submit their ezines. All kind of ezines, not only the best.

Anyway, it doesn't exist the best ezine (or the best ezines). It may only exist the best ezine for you. What are the best ezines for you ... only you can find ... by testing.

If you are on a tight budget, you might consider going with amazines. I have an account with them, and it is completely free to join and submit articles there. Also, from experience, amazines seems to be a little looser than ezine articles when it comes to getting your article(s) approved.

Yeah, right! The sole problem is that this thread doesn't seem to be about ezine articles Or maybe you're a mind reader and I'm wrong

I think you missed something too My previous post.

Charlie's DOE is NOT the only resource available. DOE is one of the few ezine directories where you have to PAY to access it. Completely different.

Go and search for ezines directories and you'll find a lot (free to visit). The sole problem is that you don't know if they are updated or not. Anyway, when a publisher updates something, he/she updates his/her website and then ... if he/she has time ... will update other parties' websites. Therefore the most updated sites are NOT the ezines directories (including DOE) but the publishers' websites. I think it's obvious, right?

If you want to search for something, then you'd rather search for ezine directories only (without the word cheap). The word cheap is not relevant because except for Charlie's directory the rest of the major ezine directories are free to search
