Can anyone recommend outsourcing team to build my backlinks and auto blogs ect ect.

Hi,
Just about at the point where i can afford to hire someone to help me backlink build blogs ect ect.. but i really dont know who to go with and i am alittle worried about the price can anyone give me any advice ?

    What about hiring someone on oDesk, or hiring a team of people.. I know a guy, whose outsourcer will hire out for him, he pays them more.. But she takes care of everything, (hiring coders etc).. And then he pays those people individually...
