Getting good results on YouTube is more nuanced than just the quantity of videos you post.

You still need to do keyword research and incorporate your keyword in the title.

You'll also want to make sure that you include your website in the description so that you get a backlink, as well as your keywords to help improve rankings.

Depending on the video/niche, you may want to submit your video as a "reply" to a popular video in the same niche as a way to siphon off some traffic for yourself.

And of course, if you want viewers to send the video to their friends and have a viral element to its exposure, then you need to make sure the content is d@mn good!

Also, don't limit yourself to just YouTube. I've had good results from Dailymotion and MetaCafe as well.

Those are just some of the things to think about aside from quantity.

Not more than one per day if you are looking to gain subscribers. More than that and it gets too much. A weekly video IMO is good enough, but definitely not more than one a day

Number of videos posted daily doesn't matter at all. You should give specific tags to your videos to hit the search query.

Isn't there a chance of overloading your subscribers?

Giving specific tags to your videos attracts more viewers to your videos. When your have lots of videos then it is sure that your subscribers will be overloaded and hence confused.

assuming you do your tagging and titling right along with multiple other things the real answer is as many as you possibly can, because the more you do the better your results will be

You need to decide what your goals are for submitting videos. Are you trying to gain a subscriber base by uploading useful content or are you trying to get SEO listings for longtailed keywords by submitting slightly changed material under different keywords?

Because if you upload 30 videos a day, you will probably overload any subscribers you manage to get. Mostly because it's hard to believe that anyone can create 30 videos a day of content that's unique and useful.

Only upload as many videos as you can make that contain quality material. If your material is garbage, one video a day is too much. With quality comes respect and long-term profits. With junk, well.....you know.

What you consider "best results?" If you want a lot of exposure... yeah as many as possible.

If you want a subscriber list on YouTube to grow. One per week.

I have a channel with only 11 videos, and I have 900 subscribers, and a 7k list, and providing quality content is crucial. But those 11 videos are awesome for my target market.

I got my first 1500 subscribers on another channel with only 2 videos.

Content on YouTube isn't any different than any other web content. The content you produce is contingent specifically on your strategy, and what YOU see as "best results."

How many videos were you wanting to release per day? Can you make quality videos that quickly? Anyways, I don't think it would really matter...you can always schedule release times if you use automation software like Traffic Geyser
