Question about making Wordpress affiliate blog store applicable to both UK and US viewers

This is my first post on here. Have spent the last few days doing quite a bit of affiliate marketing research and found quite a few of my answers on here so decided to sign up!
Anyway, I am planning to setup a few Wordpress based websites with blogs to promote products via affiliate links. Am also thinking of adding a storestacker store to some of these in a folder off the main page. Have not purchased storestacker yet, just doing some research and thinking ahead.
I am from the UK so ideally want both the UK and US viewers to be able to purchase the products. I understand that wordpress has a link converter where the user is taken to the amazon store of their own country for that particular product. So I am planning to do that when advertising just a few products in a wordpress blog post but can that plugin also be used on all items in a large storestaker store on a wordpress site? Or does storestacker have its own country conversion type option? Any other advice on how I can make my storestacker store (and blog/website in general) applicable to users whether in the UK or US etc.? At this point just wondering if it is possible rather than the technical specifics of things.
An alternative is just to focus on Amazon.com in the US for a wider audience, but since I will be physcially selling some similar products myself on ebay.co.uk it would be nice to put a note to UK buyers to also check out my blog/store in a signature to confirmation emails.
Also, does the Amazon affiliate scheme only pay commisions on products where it says 'ships from and sold by amazon' rather than one of their trusted sellers such as 'ships from and sold by Toy City' etc. ?
