How often to send out autoresponders....

I know there are no rules and you need to test your niche, however I am thinking of sending out an e-course every 2 days, for 7 days to start with. Has anyone had success with something similar or would sending out a 7 day course over 7 days be better?

Any thoughts would be great.

    You are right, there are no actual rules. The key is to always send out things of value, whether that's information or something for sale.

    That being said, I like to get people used to seeing messages from me as soon as possible. So, using your example above, I would go with 1 per day. However, if these are lessons that take some time to complete, you may want to give people that extra day to get them done.

    After a while, I will increase the time between messages. A typical series for me might be (numbers represent days between messages). 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 2, 3, 2, 2, 3, 4, 3, 4, 3, 4....

    This works out to them getting 1 per day for the first week, then 2 per week at the end. However, my various AR series vary, and I also don't follow any kind of hard and fast rules on it (other than providing value).
