Do you mean you want to add a PayPal payment button to your site? You just need to login to PayPal, go to "Website Payments Standard", and create a button, then add the code to your site. If you edit that same button later on, you just do that on PayPal, no need to edit the code on your site.

As for the new website - depends on what you want to promote, and how you want to do that. For example, if you build a website, you need to focus on getting traffic to it, while if you only promote an affiliate link, you can use the traffic sources you already have (if any): email lists, existing websites. If you don`t have a site, you can post on forums, answer questions etc. by just promoting your link. Building a website is more a long term strategy.

      Thanks for the reply.

For paypal, I meant having it through Clickbank. Someone told me Clickbank has paypal option and I even saw it being said on the page, but I can't find it under my account settings. Perhaps I have to sign up with PayPal first and then I can go through Clickbank with it?

The rest is pretty clear. Thanks again.

To put it succinctly, this is Clickbank's business, not yours.

Someone buying a product through Clickbank can pay by credit-card or by PayPal, but they're paying to Clickbank's PayPal account, not to yours. Clickbank is the retailer. You don't need to do anything.

You can, of course, sell your own product through your own PayPal account (i.e. instead of through Clickbank), as an additional alternative to Clickbank's automatically making it available as one of the options for a Clickbank payment; but you won't be able to attract affiliates if you do this, for the obvious reason that they wouldn't be paid any commissions on sales made to purchasers choosing to buy that way. So it wouldn't make a lot of sense.
