Does Clickbank customer support have online chat?

I remember using the online chat once at Clickbank, but I've just been to the site and it looks like it has disappeared. Does Clickbank still have online chat for its customer support?

No, I am not aware of any online chat for clickbank. They may have tested it out a while back, but it didn't work out.

I have try it once also, but when checking it out i can no longer find it..They might have realize that maybe it's better to have a support ticket than chat.

They've made it hard to locate their phone number as well.

Kinda sucky as their email replies are known to be pretty slow.

Not that I'm aware of. They typically do reply within 1-2 business days though, which is about the best you could possibly expect with such a large corporation. Think about it - Google doesn't even provide any kind of tangible email support, even when you're using their PPC search network.

Still, 1-2 days is pretty slow when I usually just pick up the phone, call someone and get an answer immediately.
