INTERNET MARKETING

Hi,

I'm considering selling one of my sites so I can focus on my others a bit more, the website is very low maintenance but I find myself constantly tweaking and adding little bits to it.

The site details

Visitors: 40,000 monthly from mixed sources
Revenue: $4,500 Last month from mixed sources (adsense, internal offers, cbank)
Costs: $1100 L/M (ppc, ads, aweber, hosting)
Profit: $3400 L/M

Earnings have been growing month on month for the last 6 months.

Includes a Healthy Email list of 25,000 Subs + 250 subs per day

How much is a site like this worth?

A low starting point would be 20k but that would be a bargain. Normally you figure 10x the monthly gross (45k?) but you'll need a big time buyer, maybe a related company might be interested? I would get some good bids and use the list as an upsell possibly.
