Hi do you know any site like FTC for marketers from Spain and from European Union? so we can know which guidelines we should follow, legal tips...

Also what should I do if for example I make with paypal between 200 and 9000$ every month? should I say about it to "hacienda" should become "autonomo"? should i create a company?

By the way it seems that when you cashed 2000$ with paypal you receive a notice from paypal like:

PayPal is required by law to comply with European Union Anti-Money Laundering regulations by collecting information from customers when they receive more than the set limit in total payments. These steps need to be completed within 180 days to comply with this regulation.

    Not aware of any specific organisation but there maybe an offshoot to the EU that covers this.
    As to how to set-up your business in Spain. That's an issue you need to discuss with an accountant and possibly a tax advisor!
    In regards to paypal, they will always notify the correct people you have considerable funds moving through your account as you say for money laundering reasons. Not a problem if you have everything set-up right!
