Any Transcriptionists? (for 2-Hour Audio)

Hi,

I am looking for a transcriptionist with GREAT grammar
who can make my "ums" and "ahs" and audio
come out in good English grammar.

I have hired transcriptionists on elance & rentacoder
but many of them have not had good spelling and grammar.

This is a project not just for transcribing audio into word
but also make my (long sentences & ums & ahs) flow into
shorter and better sentences.

You can transcribe everything but the "Ums" and "ahs" and
pauses, please make it into good english grammar.

It is for a 2-hour audio.

Please post here for your rate for 2 hours into Microsoft Word.

And please make the transcription with clear paragraphs.
I want to use this to create my front end ebook.

I want this finished within 7 days.
