I'm still kind of new to the internet marketing world. How does the tell-a-friend script work and how can I get started?

    You can check out Frank kerns good karma list machine it makes the tell a friend script for you. I still think it is free as well

    You can add email addresses virally by using the tell a friend script, which enables you a page for your visitor to tell 3-7 friends about your offer, for an addition incentive (bonus report).

    When they add the friends then those subscribers can added to your email database, so it is a way to increase your leads.

    It is basically a way to get more email subscribers to your list database (if the original visitor adds some extra email addresses of friends that is)

    Even 2-3 added emails on every page will grow your list faster.

    For all the users of Premium Web Cart,
    a few weeks back they introduced a
    killer Tell A Friend Script.

    When a person orders from you, you place
    the Tell A Friend script on the thank you
    page. Then you tell you new customer
    that if they use the script, you will pay them
    XX commission for anyone that buys.

    If they use the script, an affiliate account
    is automatically created for them (the cart
    must retain their info from the order form)
    and they get instant credit. But if they
    do not use the Tell A Friend script, then
    no account is created so you do not clutter
    your affiliate management with a bunch of
    worthless affiliates that never want to sell
    for you.

    This really take the whole Tell a Friend concept
    to the next leverl.
