How do I speed up the index process of my ezine articles?

Hello,

I submitted about 16 articles (and got them approved) within the past week and most of them aren't even indexed yet. How do I speed this process?

    ping the url for the articles see what happens

    also get some backlinks to your articles, just letting them hang there sometimes does not as you can see this

    do some backend work with getting backlinks to the articles

    One great asset that your ezine articles have is an RSS feed.

    I take the feed and distribute it to some RSS directories. Great for backlinks, and you'd be surprised how many will end up getting picked up by blogs and such.
