Quick Question about Spam Filters?

INTERNET MARKETING

I know that there is a ratio of sorts with relation to wording and links
that are inserted into an email.

What are they?

I am emailing vital information -that is not spam- to partners and it is ending up getting filtered.

Any input would be appreciated!

There is no such ratio, it doesn't matter if you send vital information or not, and it doesn't matter the fact that you actually don't spam those people. The spam filters don't work like this.

There are more factors that matter: the words used in the subject line and the body of the email (whether they are penalized or not), the links contained by your email (whether they are blacklisted or not), the settings of your email account (whether they are correct or not), the server where the email is sent from (whether the IP is blacklisted or not), etc.

I found this: Email spam check score software with SpamAssassin. Check your spam rate now.

haven't used it, but looks like what you'd want, should be able to simply plug in your email and see if it ranks high in spam assassin.
