Tell me please how to add and where I must put adsens code to make something similar like in this blog. How to make adsense categorie listings in navigation bar- Top Rating Blogs at BlogsRater.com

If you go through the wizard at the main adsense page (http://adsense.google.com on step 2 or 3 you can select the size. I think you want 60 x 720 or something (should say skyscraper ad on there).

  Under adsense setup->Adsense for content, choose link unit instead of ad unit.
